It's February 2024. That this is where the #TRIPSwaiver , a narrow, temporary measure proposed in Oct 2020 to address a pandemic (...that was also impacting World Trade) sits now shows that whatever one thinks of the proposed measures, the #WTO is simply unsuited for emergencies.

Releasing research without petitioning the various stakeholders in governments of member states will not yield any results. As policy makers, they have to ensure that the research information becomes useful.
