A lovely British Pathé film from 1961 of the Foster family from Ruskington. The family of ten, out for a cycle(s) ride together in the Lincolnshire countryside in unusual mode for cycling but genius for the day. A healthier, brighter Britain after WWII.

We're at St George's Academy, Ruskington, Lincolnshire today until 4pm. It's a charity event in aid of LIVES and Lincs Air Ambulance.

Ruskington Fen 11-11-23 very unusual - Never seen anything like this just on flooded field 1200+ Waders consist of Golden Plover Black tailed Godwit Lapwing, 7 Common Buzzard hovering above, a real spectacal.
