REIT adds so far:

Pretty nice yields, paid monthly.

Early still I think, but works for me.

RioCan hosted a festive brunch for our clients today at @stacksmmmoked in Oakville Place Mall. We had fluffy pancakes, made holiday crafts and got huge hugs from Mrs. Claus 🤶!

A very timid distribution increase from Riocan (2.8%) but given macro uncertainty, I understand.

They are playing the long game. This year will focus on reducing debt (i approve!)

Yield on cost jumps to 7.55%.

I look forward to revisiting The Well in the spring!

Another week of RioCan Glenmore Landing being clear that they don't think cyclists should support their tenants businesses. Bike racks were all removed 6+ weeks ago.
So how likely are they to support cyclists when they redevelop?

I was thrilled to see Smartcentres steal a fantastic tenant from Georgian Mall…

… until I realized Georgian Mall is owned by Riocan! 😅

I own both REITs. I guess they can fight it out!
