Greg Meachem was as dedicated as anyone to the #RedDeer and #CentralAlberta sports community. He was a great man and a fine friend who will be sorely missed by so many.

Greg Meachem was an excellent writer for the Rebels and in his journalism career prior. Had the pleasure of getting to know him @ the rink covering the local Dub squad, and perhaps more often at the mall food court where he was a regular. His passing is a great loss for #RedDeer .
