「頑張らなきゃ！」と義務感が加わると、
心に負担がかかってしまいます。

「頑張らなくていいや」
「みんな頑張りすぎだよ」
くらいの心持ちでいると、メンタル安定しますよ

嫌われる現実は避けられない。

全ての人に好かれる人間はいないよ。

自己成長のためには他人の意見も参考にはすべき。
でも自分を曲げてまで合わせる必要はない。

嫌われたって大丈夫。

自分が本当に大切に思う事をやっていこう。

自分らしく自由に生きることが大事だよ。

小学生の頃って、時間が過ぎるのが長いんです。
「新しいこと」「楽しいこと」
がたくさんだから。

大人になっても、楽しみをいくつも設定しておくと、
より充実した時間が過ごせますよ

「嫉妬」「妬み」
↑この感情はココロを邪魔します。

意外と、羨ましく見える人も
いい部分だけ見えていることのほうが多いですよ。

「何も期待をしない」が正解です。
何かを期待するから、凹みます。

凹む理由のほとんどは、
「上手くいくと思ったら行かなかった」
です。

上手く行かなくても、
「まいっか」
で流せるとメンタル安定しますよ
