I have two left feet, but I managed to get it in & get it done. Gold’s Gym compared to @TheStJames_ — there IS NO COMPARISON. I missed you last night STJ! 😊

My former gym students (yes, I was a Group Dance Exercise instructor teaching Zumba and Mixxedfit) asked me why I dont teach anymore:

1.) For obvious reason that I gained weight and I have to regain first my endurance and strength
2.) It is expensive...
