This reminds me of the #BuildingSafetyCrisis The #Leasehold campaign groups want the government to pay. It MUST be the developers, that’s the only thing that will stop businesses breaking the rules in the future. Why should leaseholders and taxpayers pay for private businesses?

You have just bought a long term agreement to open the same front door for a fixed period of time, on a futures contract they depreciates in value every 24 hours

Leasehold constitutes one of the worst examples of corruption and greed in the UK this century. Gove calls it knottingley complex. I say freeholders have tied the knot with governments for too long. That's the problem. Banning it is relatively easy. Scotland and the world did it.
