ECS ServiceのAPIにアクセスするために、ALB or NLB が必須と思い込んでたけど、Service Discoveryの仕組みを使えばダイレクトに繋げられるのか！
これを使えば、Lambda、EC2や他のECSから http://service-name.namespace のようにプライベートネットワークでアクセスできるようになるから最高すぎる
