What a wonderful campaign #FriendsCanTell

Last week we met with 8 young people from across Wales as part of the Brook & Your Best Friend #FriendsCanTell campaign.🫂
They reviewed scripts and images for animations about how friends can help each other with online pressures and unhealthy relationships.

#YourBestFriend research found young people want to help their friends who are experiencing abuse, but fear of damaging the friendship can get in the way.

The #FriendsCanTell campaign aims to give young people the tools they need to spot abuse and talk to their friends.

We know young women who experience harm in adolescent relationships are more likely to be victims of domestic abuse in adulthood.
