The FTC just banned noncompete agreements nationwide. These prevent tens of millions of employees from working for competitors or starting a competing business after they leave a job. This is huge.

The FTC just banned noncompete agreements.

This is a big deal.

Noncompetes trap workers in their jobs and prevent them from using their skills to earn higher pay.

It's estimated that the ban could increase wages by $300 billion a year and impact nearly 30 million Americans.

🚨The FTC is finalizing a rule banning noncompete clauses for *all workers* regardless of income or industry. It will increase pay, new business formation, innovation -- and cut health care costs. It's one of the most important things the Biden Administration has done.

This is huge news:

The FTC has just completely banned noncompete agreements by employers which prevent most workers from joining rival firms.

It is now ILLEGAL for employers to make employees sign noncompete agreements.

Is this a good move?
