PJM making clear new solar must have storage to get capacity credits. Every new revision continues to bring down ELCC values of 4hr storage. It feels like just yesterday when solar had a 40% ELCC. Will be interesting to find the highest value marginal hour for storage.

They’re telling developers they must attach storage if they want to get credit for capacity.

P3 have been enjoying learning to do the standing long jump as part of our athletics block this term. We talked about using our knees and arms to propel our bodies forward and trying to land on two feet. We marked our distances and tried to beat that with our next jump! #PE

What about gas? Gas ranges from 62% to 79% ELCC rating.

Demand Response/VPPs can be as reliable as gas but cost much less. VPPs can cost 40% to 60% less. Don't dash to gas!

There was great excitement in the ELCC this week as we welcomed 2 guinea pigs. Nibbles and Snuggles have settled in well and been enjoying cuddles from the children. Lots of valuable lessons being learned about caring for animals and handling them. #kindness
