I would politely suggest against using a frequency expanded #Quansheng #UVK5 on #6m (50MHz) or #4m (70MHz) ham bands.
Sure, the power meter shows over a watt of output, but that's on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th harmonic, not on the fundamental.
The fundamental will be around 2-10mW.

Put up a 5 ele 70mhz yagi today at 3m agl …can hear GM EI and Cornish beacons ….obviously no one about ….so I succumbed to FT8 …worked about 10 stations ….is it actually worth bothering with ssb cw anymore or bothering at all ..found the same on 2m and 70cms recently…
