Yang "jahat" bukanlah emosi yg kita ingat negatif tu. Emosi yg kita ingat negatif tu sebenarnya emosi yg buat kita tak selesa. Yang "jahat" ialah memaksa diri kita untuk sentiasa positif dan menafikan perasaan lain yang sebenarnya perlu dirai dan diurus.
