I only saw this gem today. Please somebody tell him that there are no 25,000 NGOs in Georgia. Most probably, he meant Non-Entrepreneurial Non-Commercial Legal Entities, an umbrella term that includes NGOs, and entities such as public schools, kindergartens, and ... (1)
