This preprint/paper was also in my top 3 of 2022! Clever identification of an unexpected (to me, at least) pathway to degrade dysfunctional translation factors on stalled ribosomes!

This is among my top 3 favorite manuscripts/papers I've read this year - one of those rare studies in which a long-mysterious process starts making sense. Also, both the identified mechanisms and experimental approaches are elegant. Check it out!
