Quick analysis of MSK radical prostatectomy dataset: HR for ECE in GG1 before 2005: 2.7 (p<.0001). For 2005+: HR 1.3 (p=.7). Confirms: a) prior paper auajournals.org/doi/10.1097/JU…; b) importance of ISUP 2005; c) Pattern 3 can't spread. Scott Eggener

- Tamsulosin is safe
