Sometimes replying to people overwhelms me. It can be the simplest reply required but if I’m in an anxious or overstimulated state, I just don’t want to communicate with anyone. Then I feel even worse about replying late or appearing anti-social / mean. It’s a vicious cycle!

One of the best things you can do for yourself as a young woman, is let go of the belief that one day some man is going to ‘save you’. Why wait on ‘Prince Charming’ to change your life? Change your own life. Control your own destiny. Don’t attach all your goals to securing a man.

As a woman I’ve learned that when met with any resistance the only solution is to surrender. “Pushing” only leads you into masculine… into Ego. Feminine achieves much more in flow than in force.
