We quantified driving performance in FECD compared to controls with similar VA (~20/20) and contrast sensitivity. FECD pts had significantly worse driving performance and reacted to roadside hazards nearly 10x slower than someone at the legal BAC (0.08%) pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40407753/
