Sikshasandhan's Inception:
Established in 1995 by Prof. CHITTA RANJAN DAS, Sikshasandhan began as an education resource Centre. Driven by the practical experiences the organization aimed to deepen its understanding of educational issues by engaging with marginalized children.

My deepest thanks to Project Baala who have come on a 1 day recce to work with Sikshasandhan to impart menstrual training to 25 trainers in Morada block. This 6-month program hopes to reach 1000 women and girls across Morada block to ensure girls are empowered in Period care.
