When you understand you can’t explain logic to an illogical person you’ll stop trying to argue your logical point.

The next time you know you’re right and someone is being silly.

Just say

“You’re right I’m wrong.”

Or don’t even reply.

Over a period of time you’ll understand how powerful this is.

Try my method of mental training and study it you’ll see what I’m saying.

Eventually people won’t even bother arguing with you because they know you won’t respond or you’ll not argue back.

Sometimes I even just tell people
“You know what you’re right I’m wrong” and that’s it.

That’s people problem.

They don’t understand the difference between emotional intelligence and lack of communication.

You can’t speak logic to an illogical person.

Someone told me this is toxic.

That’s your perspective.
I respect it but I disagree.

Why would I allow myself to be stressed out?
Why do you think I have to talk to you?

I don’t and you don’t have to talk to me.

That’s the beauty of life we have something called choice.

Some of the greatest minds we have seen succeed simply because they are in full control of their mind.

Our minds play a very significant role in our personal development.

Removing Access.

Sometimes you’ll encounter situations that just keep causing you countless problems.

Remove the access and stop allowing people who bring negativity into your life get to you.

I’m very quick to block people.
Simply because I don’t care enough to stress myself…

People will argue they are smart but will also act completely out of character because of what someone else has said to them.

You don’t realise but if I can make you act irrationally and out of character from verbal abuse then I’m controlling you.

It’s so easy for a minor situation to escalate because both parties lack emotional intelligence.

What ended as me walking off and enjoying my day could’ve taken a horrible turn.

Maybe I now respond to the abuse and now we start arguing more.

Then what happens next?
