Modern fighting game design trends towards patterns that remove nuance in favor of clearly resolvable, decisive hard reads -- in other words, RPS -- because it steers players into matches that look like slugfests and simplifies the game into a series of clear right/wrong guesses.

Fighting games nowadays been taking away from unique play styles and that kinda sucks, it was nice seeing different styles rather it be lame,aggressive,neutral based,etc……..
now they are just trying to make everyone play Rushdown style which i just don’t think suits everyone.

My dad saw me losing to this Kazuya so he asked if he could try and then started button smashing and SOMEHOW WON THE WHOLE 3 ROUNDS LMAOO I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
