I have fitness goals and I’m going to crush them.

This is how i sleep at night now.

I’m going to run the Newport marathon in October and the Millinocket marathon in December. I’m going to fundraise my way into Boston in 2025 through Boston Children’s Hospital.

A little under 7.5 miles (7.48 to be precise) in 70 minutes. That’s a really fucking good pace. That’s around 9:25 minutes per mile.

If i can hold that, i have an outside shot at a 2 hour half marathon finish time.

I *may* also PR next week during the mile benchmark at OTF.
