I think transparency and visibility is important when discussing something like an inclusion rider into artist contracts. Posting this for any feedback on language and content and to urge more ppl to implement the same practice into their contracts (specifically cis-het males)❤️

A3. The industry can increase representation by adopting Inclusion Riders, created by Fanshen 翻身 & Kalpana Kotagal. A more inclusive set is a welcoming set. Different points of view make a story richer. This has to start at the very beginning of the process.
