If you find yourself in trouble in water, you can help yourself get to safety by learning to float. Floating minimises your risk of gasping uncontrollably & breathing in water, which can quickly lead to drowning.

Huge thanks for Police Scotland Greater Glasgow inviting us to the Inter-School Football Tournament yesterday. The players really gave it their all but St Paul's RC HS proved victorious and won the tournament!
