David Barner My lab has a rejection collection (named per Barbara Sarnecka 's great chapter [sarneckalab.blogspot.com/2018/07/writin…] on her blog). We think it's good as a lab to celebrate that we're getting work out, regardless of the outcome. I have mixed feelings about sharing them publicly, however.

We use it just to support each other, to get over the fear of rejection, and to focus on what we can control (getting work done and submitted) rather than what we can't control (other people's responses.) #WritingWorkshop
