It’s Sickle Cell Awareness month ♥️ Sending love to all sickle cell warriors🫂 I also wanted to share some really good, albeit scary, news. My sister & I are preparing for a bone marrow transplant in June 2025 and I am going to be her donor. She will soon be sickle cell free🥹

One thing I’m convinced about after 29 years as a teacher, is that CPD needs to be differentiated. Teachers have a range of skills, knowledge and experience and that needs to be recognised.
