Today, I supported Rafael Mandelman's resolution urging the CA Legislature to pass SB 43 & SB 363. Authored by Senator Susan Eggman, these bills expand California’s ability to respond to behavioral health needs and provide treatment to individuals suffering from severe mental illness.
