Dungarvan! How beautiful are you? Had the best weekend in this friendly spot - food, beaches, cute shops and the Greenway. #waterford
Relistened to this today. So gorgeous. Nenagh Arts Centre under the brilliant Eva Birdthistle at the time, commissioned this song based on #DonalRyan 's #SpinningHeart by The Bookshop Band Such a great example to the ripple effect of inspiration.

So delighted that our bookclub chose Evie Woods #TheLostBookshop for this month. I was going to read it anyhow but now it'll be accompanied by a hearty banter, bags of Tayto and dwinkiees at the pub where we meet.
Sparse info exists on Cork-born writer, Kathleen Daly aka Margaret Hassett. I've spent weeks tracing her (archives/civil&church records here & Scotland) w/ little success. Thankfully, University of Reading Special Collections found a letter to her publisher in archives. I'm excited to see her handwriting
Still basking in #CILLIANMURPHY 's successes, I recalled this morning a #PeakyBlinders helmet my husband painted for a customer. Lovin' the Cork Boy! Filip Servit
I'd love to watch RTΓ tv adaptation of Kate O'Brien's #TheAnteRoom aired as a 4 part series in 1981. Does anyone know if it exists somewhere/was digitised and available in an archive? I've checked RTΓ Archives but can't find episodes. Doing research. Thx
Happy #WorldBookDay from JASoc to all our members, friends & fellow Austen societies! Which novel will you be reading today to celebrate?

My collection of #KateOBrien books continues. Delighted w/ 1st edition (1931) 'Without my Cloak' from Kennys Bookshop & Art Gallery which belonged to Eileen Glynn seen here w/ family at Kilrush House. Now I'm reading about Eileen's family thanks to Dr Paul O'Brien 's bk 'The Glynns of Kilrush'.
Very late to the party but finally got around to Cotillion by #GeorgetteHeyer . And, dash it! I love Freddy.
