Maybe if everyone saves up or donates little bits to me I could possibly buy and arm64e capable of jailbreaking and make something for arm64e. Otherwise this is a complete no go I have 0 devices on iOS 15 arm64e let alone iOS 16-17 arm64e device either. So yea forget about that

Apple has seemingly finally formally started the process of eliminating iTunes for Windows 10 and splitting them into separate apps as of today.
