Ultrasound-guided dialysis access salvage at #VascularAccessCenter #Hamburg: Forearm (radial a. to brachial v.) straight #Flixene #AVG. Severe brachial vein stenosis cranial to GV anastomosis. Vessel preparation using #FLEX-Vessel prep, followed by #Aperto high-pressure #DCB.
