Whoopsy….. #ESKD patient, 7 y/o (now re-thrombosed) axillary-to axillary upper arm #AVG with several revisions and consecutive relining (aka “stentgraftula”) of the exhausted graft 2 years ago! Rotational thrombectomy with a periprocedural “surprise” 🙈 #WhatTheHell
