Thank you Helen Hayes 💙🌹 for meeting today down in parliament to discuss children with SEND and how we can solve the problems that the system, parents and children face. It’s heart warming to know that someone that cares about our disabled children is at the heart of Labour’s team

It is wonderful for me and Leicestershire SEND Hub, the charity we run, to be a part of this amazing movement of local community partners driving forward the SEND agenda. The project puts community and disabled children at the forefront of what we do, exactly how it should be.

A fantastic report from ITV News highlighting the new research from Chance UK on the number of primary school exclusions in England.

Their research found that 97% of those excluded at primary school had a special educational need or disability. itv.com/watch/news/con…
