The mechanisms that drive health and disease in our bodies are endlessly complex.

The more I understand about how they work, the more I realize how much more there is for me to learn.

Yet, bit by bit, in spite of myself, I am getting a little bit healthier every day.

I don't trust the advice from the American Diabetes Association(ADA) in general or from their spokesperson Stacy in particular.

In fact, I believe that this advice will harm patients and make their diabetes worse.

How did we ever get in this situation?

Cancer cells have more features in common with single cell than multi-cellular organisms.

This is the basis of the Atavistic Theory of Cancer as a possible alternative to the currently accepted Somatic Cell Mutation Theory of Cancer.

Glyphosate is the weedkiller that many grains in the US are soaked in.

Although it is stll legal in the US, 33 other countries disagree.

I avoid grains for this reason as well as the pro-inflammatory proteins and carbohydrate content.

Seed oils drive inflammation and disease.

Stopping eating them is a good idea,
but requires attention because they are
everywhere from salad dressings to hummus
and in nearly all junk foods.

The French Paradox and the Israeli Paradox are opposing paradoxes.

The French have the highest cholesterol in Europe and the lowest heart disease.

The Israelis consume mostly seed oils, have very low cholesterol and have high rates of heart disease.

A dietician told me to eat six to eight small meals a day.

This left me overweight, diabetic, hypertensive, and always hungry.

Now, I eat six to eight large meals a week.

On most days, I only eat one meal.

I’m now healthy and never hungry.

Once Upon a Time in Bay Area - Official Trailer
The AI is coming up with better and better ways to distract and entertain the humans.
I love the cameos.

Karma:
you don’t have to believe in it
for it to happen to you.

Always consider the cosmic implications
of your actions and
you’ll have fewer surprises in life.

Note: this is not a real video
(but it could be).
