This driver was stopped on the A414 for using his mobile phone. Turns out he wasn't insured either. He was only coming down to watch the football! Long walk to Wembley now after the car was seized and driver reported #EFLPlayOffs

Operation Tutelage helping us get another uninsured driver off the road in Hemel this morning. The driver states a friend on Facebook (who he's never met) sorted his insurance and he paid them directly - we would advise against this. Vehicle seized, driver reported.

On the same road in Redbourn, another Operation Tutelage subject. This one, however, had a full licence but no tax and MoT. Another one seized and reported. 410550 406623
Vehicle seen swerving away from a verge near Redbourn, Herts. We then discovered it was of interest to Operation Tutelage. Driver was a provisional licence holder and not being supervised and uninsured also. Vehicle seized, driver reported. 410550 406623
RPU SC South - Hatfield- This grey Mercedes came to the attention of Operation Tutelage due to no insurance. Not only was the vehicle seized but the driver was also twice the drink drive limit. One in custody and one car to the pound

Team B South - Hemel Hempstead. Vehicle stolen by means of burglary this morning and had been driving around town all day. It was sighted by BCH Police Dogs and has failed to stop where it has gone off-road and crashed into a tree.
2 males decamped but promptly arrested.
