Today I did my first baptism in Welsh for the most adorable little girl.
One of her little guests gave me lots of Easter stickers to wear so they are now adorning my baptism bible

At one of my churches this morning the cake fairy gave me a margarine tub.
Doofus Dog decided it was very interesting.
But sadly it was marked not for dogs *she ate the last lemon drizzle cake from the cake fairy*.
Doofus is now ignoring me.
I'm eating cake... 🤣

I do so love my parishioners (and rural ministry). I've been off sick and today one of them brought me some therapy - a spinning wheel and some fleece from the local sheep. Sp I've learnt to make wool.
Next I'm learning how to knit it.

Today's retreat reflections Saint Beuno's from Habbakuk chapter 2. Starting to think God might be telling me to slow down and be more patient.

So blessed to have Saint Beuno's on my doorstep. Spent day reflecting on Isaiah 40 and waiting on God.
