The criminal justice system is failing survivors of #DomesticAbuse . The #CriminalJusticeBill is a chance to improve criminal justice response, but we’re concerned that currently it's not doing enough - leaving survivors unprotected & still not holding perpetrators to account.
Many employers say they recognise the impact of domestic abuse on employees, but some studies suggest as few as 5% have a detailed policy to address it.
