kinda disappointed in my pasta salad lunches I made, while the protein is high in them, the flavor wasn't really there, so I may need to find a different solution.

Week 3 of lifting/exercising has been accomplished! I'm not seeing much change in upper body yet, but I feel like muscle growth in my calves have been noticeable. Makes sense as I used to be in a biking club doing 20 mile rides.

I can't believe week 4 is in the books, I have been doing my lifting exercises for a full month. Now I just need to keep this going and get cardio going on my off days so I can start really seeing a difference!

week 5 of working out feels really stagnate, consistent weigh ins of 181 pounds and 17.3% body fat. Hopefully next week I can get that body fat percentage down.

I think the testosterone boosting supplements are working, felt as if I could push alot more during my workout this morning. We will see if it continues this way

So I think it's time to start adding on to my workout routine. I have stayed very consistent at the 181lbs with 17.3 percent body fat for about 2 weeks. I thinking of adding a hiit day or change one of my lift days to a hiit day. Biggest thing I'm not stopping!

Week 7 is in the books! nothing overall has changed, I decided to change my workout today. That was to do 3 sets instead of my regular 2 felt like a much better workout and something I will continue

2 months let's goooo!!!! I still can't believe I'm still sticking with it, adhd is one hell of a drug where sticking to a healthy activity for 2 whole months is a major victory!

I think I want to change some of my habits. I have a bad habit of feeling my time with dopamine loaded activities. (computer, phone, YouTube. etc) I know these activities don't contribute to my goals and are holding me back. I think first step is no phone for 2 hrs after I wake.

Forgot to post last week, but the exercise is still going strong! This belly fat is still being stubborn, I may have to up my workouts.
