Loved recording our 'Ask us Anything' video with JVS and Liz Flower. There's not a day that goes by where they don't make me laugh. I feel very fortunate to have a job I love and colleagues who are great friends too. Watch this space for the video!

Wow wow wow! Absolutely fantastic afternoon out at Aylesbury Waterside seeing Andy Collins in panto. Loved Leon Craig as the Dame. Amazing outfits, songs and full of fun. How they all have the energy for this many shows I don't know! 10/10

This is a wonderful tribute to the late Ernie Almond by his fabulous friends Tara Dolby and JVS

Feeling very sad for the loss of Ernie Almond. He and JVS had the most fabulous friendship. Their Ern and Vern days are legendary & are still talked about by BBC Three Counties Radio staff & listeners. Ern always knew all the best shortcuts to whizz around the three counties too.
