a lot of the reviews I've been seeing essentially just say the Knuckles show is chaotic fun, which is what most of the promo material looks like anyway.

I think the idea that millions of desperate Sonic fans all went to see the Sonic movie and make it a success is a really funny idea

like yup, that's it, that's much more reasonable than assuming a bunch of kids went to see the blue cartoon animal movie

sonic colors is honestly my favorite sonic game in terms of visuals

it's like they looked at heroes and thought 'let's do something like that but with the visual fidelity of sonic unleashed' and they nailed it, like, they didn't miss with a single environment aesthetically

This series is at its coolest when it’s doing cool interpretations of the game lore, the Sonic movie world building and lore is acc really interesting and cool
