The students would be dealing with the disabilities they have whether or not they are diagnosed. The gap in funding and support is the issue here not the diagnoses (which btw GPs cannot diagnose so 🤷‍♀️)

Not everyone knows the direction they want to go in in life and I think it’s especially confusing in this day and age when careers aren’t for life and there are an overwhelming number of choices. It’s ok to reserve the right to change your mind ❤️ and it’s normal to feel lost

So far I’m thinking of things like public transport, getting away from home, going for a long solo walk, a day trip, talking to a stranger - any ideas? Have any of you challenged your agoraphobia this way?

I want to build a community lot in the sims that would function as a good friendship hangout and date space - ideas? My town already has a restaurant, cafe, thrift store and park.

I think I might do a little list of 50 things to challenge my agoraphobia and try to do 1 a week or something. I used to do a similar thing with my anxiety and enjoyed the game feeling of it.

A fairer society, cheaper housing, more affordable bills, equality and justice are all important to our collective mental health. Beyond that, funding the NHS and implementing early intervention is obviously crucial.
