Hempfield junior Cooper Lehman captured his 3rd PIAA District III Boys 3A Tennis Championship in as many years, downing Cedar Crest’s Viseth Meng 6-1, 6-0. Both players move on to the state tournament later this month.

Lancaster Country Day junior Michael Georgelis defeated Armaan Malik of Conrad Weiser 6-3, 6-3 to win the PIAA District III Boys 2A Tennis Championship. Both players qualify for the state tournament later this month.

Twin Valley’s Dylan Bonds defeated Wyomissing’s Truman Peter’s 6-1, 6-1 to place 3rd in the PIAA District III boys 2A championship and earn a spot in the PIAA state championship.

Dallastown junior Hayden Koons defeated Ephrata freshman Zach Keiper 6-1, 6-2 to place 3rd in the PIAA District III 3A boys tennis championship. Both players qualify for the PIAA state championship later this month.
