Done some analysis. The top trace is October 2021, the bottom trace is March 2024. My heart rate recovery over 1 min is up to 23 cf 18. I’ve done 32 cardio sessions since 2021, this is now increasing since retirement

Another gym session. Upper limb, core and my usual cardio high intensity. Sauna and swim to finish.

Is anyone else getting adverts for pushups? I’m being encouraged to do 100 pushups a day for the whole of April. Since the uk military fitness standard is 44, and in usa it can be as low as 35, this does seem quite a tough call for most of the general public.
