@pete_aws DynamoDB Alex DeBrie I'm checking CW metrics for each #DynamoDB table. If the maximum exceeds Provisioned Throughput, I mark it in the application as 'Burst Capacity'.

In the application, there is a link that opens those metrics in CW, so you can easily see on a graph what's the usage profile.

I would've expected you could easily convert a table to a global table, the same as you can with the API. Any thoughts on this tweet?

@pete_aws Yan Cui Alex DeBrie I am ecstatic that this API exists, so I can drastically reduce the number of DyanamoDB requests I have to send. I wish there were a batch query API though.

@pete_aws Kirk Kirkconnell DynamoDB There have been times when I wanted read after write consistency but needed to read from a GSI. I ended up solving the problem other ways (don’t recall how).

Oh hi, people on Twitter that makes DynamoDB :D Such as @pete_aws and Kirk Kirkconnell. Seems like DynamoDB local does not like having >1 table with streams enabled! As soon as a second table with streams enabled is created, it breaks.
