Day 9, our garden - we live on the nursery so the garden gate opens right into it. Handy for when I’m cooking and need a few herbs! Our tulips are still hanging on, the ones that opened last have been the best, and the dwarf lilac has started to flower too 💜

Day 8 and another space on the nursery. Tunnel 10 is pretty much full of Mediterranean herbs, mainly recent potting but also a few batches that are going out or the end of what was a big block in there, lots of Sage, Thyme & Rosemary.

Oh my goodness, what a day! Guildford Farmers’ Market is always very well supported but I did not stop, from unpacking the van, trying to sort out everything I had with me until finally getting picked up at 4:15 - now for a rest a repack and then tomorrow’s charity garden fair!

Day 6, Tunnel 10, we propagate our cuttings on covered, heated sand beds. A couple of heated misting tables for when the weather is v hot and we can put cuttings out in the open and a bit of storage space for fleece, plants growing on for our garden

Day 5, and the space for today is in the packing barn. It’s where the herb orders come once they’ve been picked, to be tidied up & labelled before heading off. We have our own range of labels so that everything has the info you need, & spares. Lots of spares! #GardeningTwitter

And two markets packed for tomorrow, Sam will be in Petersfield whilst Neil and I will be Chiswick Flower Market So many herbs are ready, we’ll have roughly 150 different varieties with us and they’re looking gorgeous 👌🏻

Ok, internet products all topped up - we have 156 different herbs to choose from, 11 strawberry varieties and 5 collections. Phew! A lovely feeling to have done that…

Obviously I forgot on Day 2 😂 so here’s the covered outdoor space on the nursery, one bay used for internet sales plants and holding market 2, the other bays full of herbs, mainly Chives at the minute #gardening #herbs

Whether we’re taking cuttings, sowing seeds or potting up, it’s all 💯% peat free.
