Being a Cypherpunk means you act by principles.

You most probably don't care about privacy and accept that every digital move is sold to the highest bidder. But you know what? I fucking do care.

You most probably don't care about security and yolo deploy a contract to shill…

VCs are like the proverbial snake oil salesmen of the business world. There has never been an industry where this is more evident than in crypto.

Oh dear blockchain world, it's 2024 and we've been so busy flexing our tech muscles and boasting about our cutting-edge innovations, yet somehow we've managed to overlook the tiny detail of actually conquering the global market. So here's to us, the tech geniuses with a mere 5%…

What if there is no tooling required at all and the compiler does it already for you? Because that's what a good compiler should fucking do! Vyper doesn't have stack-too-deep errors. The new venomIR is badass and optimises the shit out of your code. Vyper has safecast features...

one of many things that is exciting about the upcoming v0.4.0 release is how fast it is. here's a sample contract near the 24kb codesize limit. with 0.4.0 it takes 3.5s to compile. and even with new venom pipeline - a whole addl set of new passes - it's still faster than 0.3.10!

So EIP-7702 just got proposed a few hours ago by Vitalik & co, and represents a new alternative to EIP-3074. Besides breaking the invariant that an account balance can only decrease as a result of transactions originating from that account, I can already see how horny phishers…

The sad truth nowadays is that the majority of people have outsourced their thinking to (ML-powered) social media algorithms, blindly following trends and opinions like sheep in digital herds. Individuality and authenticity are at stake. Read, write, and think for yourself.

This week marked a small milestone for the `CreateX` contract factory, as it is now deployed (and verified!) with the _exact_ same bytecode on 70 EVM chains: github.com/pcaversaccio/c….

If you want the best devex for normal `CREATE2` deployments, I shill my Hardhat plugin…
