It was an honor to speak today at the Joint Annual Industry Association Luncheon of the Building Officials Association of Palm Beach County, the 2025 International Code Council Chapter of the Year! I shared updates on 2025 property values & the Palm Beach County tax roll.

Next week, be on the lookout for your 2025 Notice of Proposed Property Taxes and Assessments. They will be mailed on Thursday, August 21, 2025. And remember it's not a bill, but rather an estimate of your taxes based on the proposed tax rates, your property value and exemptions.
