Golden sunlight projected over Teconnaught GAC and the Co. Down countryside earlier. Brighter evenings, a vibrant green colour of the fields and settled weather forecast in the next few days are very welcome!

Although the brightest solar flare since Sept 2017, it does not appear that a large CME will be associated. Only a minor wave of plasma and very minor dimming can be seen using updated imagery. More to follow whenever necessary. Additional solar flares likely.
