And here we are.....Thursday again! Training tonight as usual at Stantonbury International Sports and Leisure, juniors 7:30-8:30 and adults 8:30-10. New players are welcomed to both sessions!

However long I oversee Arsenal for I will give everything I have to put smiles on faces again. We have a busy few weeks ahead and the team needs your support. Let’s get to work!

Thanks to Swim England 2005 squads for the invite to do a Q&A session tonight! Some cracking questions from the players! Great to spend time talking with the players who are starting out on their international careers, giving them the benefit of any experiences I've picked up.

Enjoyable evening having a swim and chuck about at the Olney swimming steps! Water was refreshing and got the blood vessels pumping! A nice cold beer after topped it off!

Great to be back in the pool for polo training tonight! Big thanks to Dunstable WPC! COVID has changed the way we all have to train for the next while, so what drills are coaches setting for so players don’t get bored passing in triangle? Be great to see sharing best practices!

Great to get City of Milton Keynes Swim Club water polo restarted again after the lockdown period! 12 players at the first session is tremendous! Restarting the junior session next week too! 6:30-7:30 If you’re interested in joining our friendly club, just give us a shout!
