The realities facing Africa and #Tanzania with regard to #EnergyFuturesEA are challenging. I am glad that the daunting size of the task is being acknowledged. It is exciting to get candid discussion, in the hopes that our thinking and research will match the task...

Sidenote: I actually did not keep track of how many times the #electricty in the meeting room flickered or went off completely. Even in the comfort of a lovely modern hotel, we are struggling with the rest of #Tanzania Excellent reminder why we are here 🙂 #EnergyFuturesEA

So we are ending the day discussing the "summary" of the research areas that will feed into the Tanzania edition of the @SIDEastAfrica "Energy for What" project. ...this topic is HUGE. And this is just a beginning. A promising beginning 🙂 #EnergyFuturesEA
