Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman PHSO is as corrupt as every other public body appointed to fake accountability (@LGOmbudsman ICO - Information Commissioner's Office Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) SRA Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) etc). The fact public money is used for campaigns attempting to convince us otherwise makes the exercise a fraudulent one. ECHR CEDH
